At ZampCart, we offer a 30-day return policy on most of our products. However, for custom-made items purchased from ZampCart that are custom-made and printed just for you, returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
1. Return policy does not apply to sale items /our custom designed, we do not offer exchange or refund after purchase /order confirmation. If the item is defective we will send you a replacement order. Please choose your item carefully.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be in unused and new condition.
3. In case you are eligible for return, you should email us first (including a photo and a small video of the defective item) here: hello@zampcart.com before shipping the order to us, in order to get the specific instructions for return. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. All return shipments are shipped at your own expense.
5. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return/refund or exchange.
