Refund Policy

No refunds on personalized items, including items with custom engraving, photo uploads, or other similar one-of-a-kind items. That’s because these items are made to your specifications and can’t be resold to other customers. We will remake and /or replace personalized items where we were responsible for any errors, damage, or manufacturing issues.

1. If an item doesn’t arrive or is damaged, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs.

2. There are no cancellations /refunds, 12 hours after your order was placed /item has been processed /shipped.

3. For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.

4. Our products are subject to a quality color retention process, however, we cannot guarantee the color of every product. As the color of printed products is known it may fade over time due to excessive usage or washing chemicals.

5. Express Shipping fee is nonrefundable once the order is shipped. Customers are liable to pay a return fee if they fail to pick up the item on time. Any replacement order sent will be via standard shipping.

If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via hello@zampcart.com with a picture & video of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!

Note: If an item is undelivered due to a shipping carrier’s mistake. e.g. Lost in Transit, delivered to the wrong address, but we have provided them with the correct address. We will send you a replacement order without additional cost. However, this is not subject to refund due to unforeseen delay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, your order is subject to a 30% restocking fee.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
